Ethics training is built on universal values, so we designed an experience that speaks to everyone. For Applied Materials, we developed a high-engagement eLearning journey in Adobe Captivate. By utilizing a minimalist, abstract visual language, we stripped away bias to focus on core ethical narratives. The project’s success led to its deployment across global offices, including a full localized translation for the Japanese workforce.
